Dinosaurs and Celtic Dancing

We took the kids to a dinosaur and dragon exhibit.  Brennan was actually asleep for about half of it, but Jaden was super excited.

This was the first dinosaur Jaden saw, and he immediately asked, "Can I ride it?"  He then asked the same question for all of the dinosaurs.

Jaden kept coming back to the koi fish in this pond.  Then he mentioned fish the rest of the day.

Brennan initially woke up, facing this dinosaur.  Not too surprising, but he started to cry.  He adjusted though.

Jaden has this ability to befriend other children, often older than him.  He found two other little boys at the museum at different times.  The one, they just chased each other around a bench for the longest time.  The other, they would run around a little bit and roar some.

For those who don't know, in July, Reno does this thing called Reno is Artown, and there's a whole bunch of events, displays, etc happening and a lot of them are free to attend.  So tonight, we went to a Celtic dancing performance.  We were a little far back to see everything very well, and then there was the giant distraction that my children pose.  Granted, they are adorable distractions, but distractions none the less.  Jaden was "dancing" and rolling all over the grass.  He entertained several other people besides us.  Micah got to go onstage with a bunch of other people, predominantly kids and girls, and learn some Irish steps.  The woman teaching, renamed him Seamus for the evening.  It was a lot of fun, and the kids were happy.
